After the Government announcement on Monday 4th January regarding a new lockdown from Tuesday 5th January, I wanted to outline how we will be there to help keep the country moving while working within the guidance laid out by Government.
From the 5th January, our service departments will operate as normal as they have been for many months in a COVID-19 safe manner.
In line with Government guidance, Sales showrooms and used car external display areas will not be open to the public from 5th January until further notice. However, our teams will be in the dealerships to continue car sales via the telephone and online and we will be able to send you videos and meet your needs almost as well as if you were with us. Customers can still collect a car, van or parts which has been purchased either via the telephone, online or pre-ordered, directly from a designated space at our dealerships through a click and collect service, though the handover will be outside so please bring a coat. All vehicle handovers will take place from a clearly sign posted designated handover area and full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure both colleague and customer safety. Home delivery options will also be available, and all handled in a COVID-19 safe manner.
Our colleagues remain on hand to assist with your sales and aftersales enquiries via telephone, email or live chat and our websites are fully functional with the ability to buy or reserve a car online as well as booking a service or MOT.
Our aftersales departments remain fully operational for essential servicing, MOT and repairs – social distancing measures, protective screens at our service desks as well as cashless payments have been in place for several months now. To arrange a service or MOT, please call us or book online.
Thank you for your patience, and for working with us to ensure our dealerships are a safe place to visit and work. We are open for business, but in regard to Sales please call us rather than visit.
Thank you for your patience and support with making Trenton a safe place to work and visit.
